  • Hi @stdgov,

    Can you double check that arrows are enabled? It looks like they aren’t. Not sure why. Also, just to be sure, save the slideshow again to make sure it sticks.

    Well it worked fine for a long time till update. I found a cause –

    BWP minify plugin minified
    wp-content/plugins/ml-slider/assets/sliders/flexslider/jquery.flexslider.min.js
    as soon as I turned it off the Arrows appears.

    @stdgov,

    This is because you have two different versions of the FlexSlider loading at the same time. It probably worked before because we had an older version. We updated the FlexSlider during this release.

    Is everything working now? If there’s anything else let me know and I can probably fit it into tonight’s release.

    @kbat82 Does it have to be two different versions at once? Could it just be that the user’s minifying plugin has failed to detect that there’s a new version to minify? Or that it has some other bug in it? (I’m wondering if there’ll be the same problem with other users of the minify plugin that he mentions).

    @davidanderson Yeah actually you’re right. It was probably cached. New versions of the FlexSlider handle the arrows differently, which is why we had some issues with this update.

    I’ll mark this as resolved since we fixed this but if you have any more issues feel free to start a new topic. Thanks!
