Update is now causing me to pay company another $200

    I just updated LifterLMS that we purchase on January 2, 2018. I purchase this plugin because of all the features it included – which included a quiz section. When I updated the plugin, the quiz section disappeared. I submitted a ticket and I was told that the quizzes have been moved and they created a quiz plugin. I thought WONDERFUL! but I was SHOCK to discover that I am now required to pay $199 more to get access to my quizzes! This was not shared with us when we purchased the plugin. If they are going to require me to pay another $199 after I spent $299, I will not be a happy camper

  • You are wrong. Quizzes are in the place. Basic question types are for free. Quizzes can be accessed from Course builder.

    Advanced quizzes is additional paid plugin.

    You were not told that quizzes were removed from the plugin because that’s simply not true.

    We significantly upgraded and overhauled the functionality of the LifterLMS core (for FREE). We added MORE question options than were previously available and YES, we added additional options to a 200 paid addon. You can still use all the previous features of quizzes (AND MORE) for free.
