When I refund an item from an order, the invoice does not reflect that the refund has been made and still shows the initial values.

Is there any way to make the plugin regenerate the invoice?

    Thanks

    Hello @jevasc,

Our plugin follows the international GAAP standard (“Generally Accepted Accounting Principles”) which state that each transactional action is recorded separately in the administration. You can create a document for refund offline using a spreadsheet software if it’s just a few per year, or if you want to do this directly from WooCommerce, our Professional extension lets you create a credit note for the refund, with negative amounts to counter the original invoice.

Alternatively, when the invoice isn’t actually paid yet, you can edit the order and manually add the discount, then send the updated invoice.

    Hope that helps!
