• We have updated your plugin today and suddenly our search finds no products, restored from a backup to check updating each plugin we have one by one and its your plugin when updated breaks the search, can you advise on how to fix this please?

    This problem seems to be something specific to your site, as the update works fine on my sites.

    Do you have a complete index? Does the search find anything at all? Have the search settings perhaps changed for some reason, is the search being targeted correctly? What other plugins are you using?

    Can i share the site where it is broken and the site before its updated to show you how it has broken on update? We have a complete index,

    is there a way to share these details privately with you? Thank you

    We use the avada theme, and all works fine with the search and results page before we update your plugin, its only after updating that, that the search comes back with no results, so unsure what it is changing when its updated

    Is there anything in the server error logs perhaps?

    One thing that did change in the latest version is the way the meta_queries are handled. Are you using a meta_query or custom field parameters in your search?
