Update graph after button clicked

Hi Jakob,

Fantastic plugin!

I’ve noticed that when ‘Show graphs’ is turned on, the counter value increments immediately after a user clicks on a reaction button, but the height of the graph itself does not, and requires a manual page refresh to update. Is there any way to ensure that the height of the graph updates at once?
