Hi YES,
It might take a little bit of work at this point, since the 5.0.0 release was so long ago and there have been many versions and changes since. You can start by following these steps:
1. Make sure you’re on version 5.0.0 or newer of our plugin.
2. Delete all your products and catalogs. (You will not lose any of this data as it is all stored in the database tables for the old version of the plugin.)
3. Then go the DASHBOARD screen in the plugin admin and add the following to the URL:
&ewd_upcp_show_reset_settings=yes
(so, for example, if your URL looks like https://www.my-site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ewd-upcp-dashboard then, after, it should look like https://www.my-site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ewd-upcp-dashboard&ewd_upcp_show_reset_settings=yes)
4. This will bring up a new button called “Reset Settings”. Click this button.
5. Then immediately go and deactivate our plugin
6. Update the plugin to the newest version (5.2.11 currently)
7. Reactivate it.
8. It will then restart the upgrade/import process. This can take a long time (dozens of minutes) if you have a lot of products. As long as it is running it will display a notice in the plugin admin. Once that notice goes away, you should be good to go.
If it still does not work, you may need to start with an older 5.x version, such as 5.0.8, and then update your way to the most recent one.
