Update from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 on iis75 failing

    Esmi, thank you. I know that link and i know how to update manually, that is not the problem :-).

    The link you are pointing at does not give info on the problems of 3.5.2 and IIS servers. Is it really true that users on IIS servers can only do manual updates?

    I am not aware of any specific issues relating to 3.5.2 and IIS, so I would imagine that it’s very much down to the server configuration. But I, personally, wouldn’t be of much help with the config as I avoid Windows servers like the plague – especially with WordPress.

    Is there no chance of moving to a Linux server?

    I am experiencing similar problems. I also read the manual upgrade instructions, and got the impression that not even Albert EInstein could do it successfully.

    I would be happy to hear more about your experience and if/how you succeeded.
