Update from 1.6 to 2 – Fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_get_f

  • Hi,
    I updated WooCommerce from 1.6 to 2 and then 2.07 and after that all my order statuses was reset to processing. And when I change them to completed I get this:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_get_filename_from_url() in /home/smashed/public_html/store/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/email-order-items.php on line 44

    The products are all downloadable and the links in the completed e-mails don’t seem to work anymore.

    I’m justing using Twenty twelve and WooCommerce without any other plugins.

    Please help me out!

    It looks like your email files are out od date, try updating them manually via FTP.

    The whole shop is running on 2.0.7 but the newsversion is .8 is that a problem?
    Or is it possible to update the e-mail files from .8 by FTP to my shop?

    That wouldnt be the problem no, the problem may be that it is still pulling the 1.6 templates when you need the 2.x templates…

    you can manually move only the email files via ftp.
