Update frequency?

    I just recently installed the plugin. I am confused about how often the [sbs_users] updates. I had not checked the 12 hour box but later, when I did, there has been no change in the count. So, my question is… How often does this number update? Or does it update every time there is a new user subscribed? Thanks for a great plugin!

    It should update every 12 hours. If that is not happening, you can either:

    * Disable the 12-hour setting
    * Or troubleshoot to figure out which of your other plugins (or theme) may be causing an issue

    I would be glad to provide a troubleshooting guide if it will be useful for you.
