Update for WordPress new editor

  • Currently this plugin is not working with WordPress 5.0 new editor. Are they any planing update for new editor? Thank you!

    By default, the Gutenberg editor is not available for use with custom post types. When WordPress detects a custom post type, it defaults to using the classic editor.

    In this case, the Genesis Portfolio Pro plugin creates a ‘portfolio’ custom post type, so it’s expected behavior to see the classic editor instead of the Gutenberg editor.

    The StudioPress team may consider updating the plugin to use the Gutenberg editor in the future, but there isn’t a timeline to share for a possible update.
