Update for Shortcode Add-On

    Dear Advanced Filemanager Team,

    in the file manager dashboard, I am getting the message:
    “Advanced File manager shortcode addon update: You are using version 2.3 we recommend you to update to latest version. If you did not receive update please download from my account page.”.

    However, I tried to access my account, which failed on the latest https://advancedfilemanager.com site, nor did the password update work (no email received).

    I even contacted your team via the form on the contact page without success. No response, not even a confirmation of my message submission!

    So the question is: how can I get a new account and a (regular) update to the latest version of Advanced File manager shortcode addon?

    I am using Advanced File manager shortcode addon and I am getting the following message on the wordpress backend,
    ”Advanced File manager shortcode addon update: You are using version 2.3 we recommend you to update to latest version. If you did not receive update please download from my account page.”

    But I am unable to log in or reset my password. Could you please help me?
