Update for making Central colors in Elementor

I Have read everything you said about Elementor v3 integration.
Found these infos on to how to programatically add Elementor global colors and It seems to be the piece missing to add Central color palette to Elementor.

Hope this could lead to an updated CCP version making it central for Elementor and Gutenberg users.
