Update for Colorway after WP 4.1 update

Prior doing the update. Which WordPress and Theme version were you using ?

Also, did you ran both WordPress and Theme update one after the other?

I am not sure which version of WordPress was running prior to update. They happen automatically through by hosting Co. Colorway is version 3.2.9. The only update during this mess was WordPress. I have been running Colorway version 3.2.9 for a few months.

I think I just found my problem. The settings on the Static Front Page had a setting of Home for the Front page which should have been none. Thank you for your help.

The Home page logo, text and widgets did not convert. I am restoring the website back to the old version; please give me information so I can run the update again without problems. I have manually added back in the home page logo. https://www.zestyogawellness.com

I am thinking of changing my website theme to colorway. I have a test area and I have designed a very nice home page only to find that when I loaded a new image all my home page work was lost and it reverted back to the default settings.

First how can I get that work back and second how can you make it stop happening

I have the same situation.
When I set the home page to be a static page, the ‘home top feature’ and ‘home page settings’are not shown.
When I set the startpage to be the latest post, onle the ‘home page settings’are shown.
This occurred after upgrading WP and the Colorway theme.
Wp version is now: 4.2.2
colorWay version is now: 3.3.2 (free version)

problem solved: Set the slider on.
