Hi! We were lucky enough to be approved for the full Events Calendar Pro and all its add-ons, as a 501(c)(3) organization, and received version 3.8.1.

But, with yesterday’s upgrade to 3.9, we’re now finding nag messages in our WordPress environment that the filter bar, for example, is out of sync. We are unable to update this without a license key, even though we are approved by Modern Tri.be as a non-profit to use the full set of plugins.

We are on file as unityjournalists.org, and the contact for the nearly pro-bono developer is [email protected].

We understand you can email us the updated zip files, but cannot locate any other way than these WordPress forums to contact you.

    Hope this reaches you!

    Ben

    Howdy Ben,

Thanks for posting. I do not know how your original post got missed here. My apologies for the long delay. That is no good at all.

I double checked with the non-profit person and you definitely are on the list of folks that will get updates to the plugins, both Filterbar and PRO, emailed to you. It looks like we sent them with the last batch. Perhaps they got lost in the email. Either way we can resend them to you. Would you mind emailing support [at] theeventscalendar.com to verify your email, and then we will respond with them? Let me know if you have an questions. Thanks!

    – Brook
