Update for Apache 2.4. etc.

    I like this plugin very much. Simple, but clever and saves many time.
    But I would be happy, if you can make it up to date compatible with apache 2.4,
    sample: https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/upgrading.html
    Are this possible?
    Also would be great a automatic added code into the .htaccess file, which saves the .htaccess & htpsswd files.
