Update FAQ for 1.9.9

    Just had a quick look, and the loop still seems to be there. If you have just updated NGG, the voting tag call will be gone though. That is because that template has been overwritten by NGG when you updated. You need to manually put the voting tag back into the template.
    You can move your NGG templates into a folder named nggallery inside your theme. Then they won’t be overwritten in future updates.
