  • Hi,
    please try to remove the plugin completely and install it again. If this won’t help then download the plugin ZIP package, unpack it on your computer and upload the cm-registration folder directly to your wp-content/plugins directory on your server.

    Will removing the plugin and re-installing lose all our settings for it?

    Would installing manually be less likely to lose settings than using the automation?

    No, you won’t lose any settings.

    You can check Disk Space Usage. It may be due to not enough space in your hosting.

    Thanks @mdjaved15. I was getting this error and it was indeed a disk space issue. Well caught!
