I could fix the problem after several attempts of re-installing the theme.

Hmm, it failed for me as well and I had to manually upload the new theme via FTP.

Mine update failed too. I had to upload the theme via FTP and rearrange widgets…

@otto42 WordPress Tech Support, Can you look at the zip file and see if it’s broken? Thanks!

I had the same problem. After using WordPress Updates to update the theme, I got the white page of death. I logged into the site via FTP and didn’t see an error_log in the /public_html folder, so I checked the theme folder, and all that was in it were the assets, themeoptions, and woocommerce folders, but no other files.

I downloaded the theme and checked the zip file. Everything seemed to be there, so I manually uploaded everything from the zip and all is well now.

Same problem here too. Downloading the theme files from the Kadence website and uploading via FTP got it working again. Lots of files missing from the download done via WordPress website and update via the back end does not work.

Sorry about that. One of our servers had a bad copy of the theme. That server has been corrected and the others checked. All downloads of the theme should be fixed now.
