Update Failed: The package could not be installed.

    When I try to update Import Facebook Events Pro, I receive this error,”Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.
    Also, my Facebook events are not imported.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We haven’t come across this type of error earlier, can you please follow below steps.

    1.) Go to Facebook Import=> License
    2.) Deactivate License
    3.) Activate License again
    4.) Try to do update again

    Let us know if above steps are not works for you. there is maybe folder permission issue.and you can ask pro version question to our website here for quick response.
