Update failed. Forbidden

    I’ve been getting a frequent error when installing this plugin on some of my sites.

    In the last month or two I’ve had this problem two or three times.

    When trying to add the automatic maxmind file by clicking “Update now” I get the error “Update failed. Forbidden”.

    I’ve not had this issue on other sites on the same host, and it’s a clean install with few other plugins/themes yet added.

    Any ideas why this could be happening?
