Update Failed: Could not remove the old plugin.

    Endeavouring to upgrade to 6.2.10, and receive error message Update Failed: Could not remove the old plugin.

    Usually upgrade works. Some suggest removing /tmp/configCache.php, admittedly for wordfence 6.1.12. Alas don’t have this file in 6.2.9

    Running 4.6.2, as W3totalCache not compatible with WordPress 4.7.1

    Somewhat frustratingly, running wordfence premium, but clicking the wordfence premium support login just generates a phishing warning from AVAST, which isn’t exactly encouraging.

    Would appreciate any thoughts.
