Update Failed: Could not remove the old plugin

  • Ask your web host to run the following commands on your username.

    sudo chown www-data:www-data * -R
sudo usermod -a -G www-data <i>username</i>

    Replace username with your account username.

    You can do it yourself if you have SSH access.
