Update Failed and Crashed Site

    Just tried to update the calendar event plugin to 1.4.8 from 1.4.6 and it crashed the site with the “critical error” notice on a white page.

    Restored backup and deleted older version than tried to install newer version and got this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /home/mywebsite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/calendar-event/Includes/Total-Soft-Calendar-Widget.php on line 587

    Restored 1.4.6 and all is good again.
