    Hi there,

    For PopupAlly Pro, please retry the update process a couple times, as it could just be a momentary glitch.

    If the problem continues, you can try manually updating:
    1. Deactivate PopupAlly Pro
    2. Delete PopupAlly Pro (don’t worry, all of your settings are preserved)
    3. Download and re-install the latest version from the Digital Heartquarters.
