Update errors

Just performed the update and my site received a number of errors to the page. Had to restore version 1.2.3
wp-content/plugins/custom-my-account-for-woocommerce/myaccount_settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wp-content/plugins/custom-my-account-for-woocommerce/phoen-woocommerce-myaccount.php on line 15

Had the same issue a few days ago.
I commented out the call to the myaccount_settings.php on line 15 to remove the warnings, and make wp-admin accessible again.
Haven’t been able to work out what, if anything, has broken on the site as a result. (I didn’t create this particular site and haven’t seen the WC My Account dashboard there, so I have nothing to compare it against.)
Hoping for another update or some information about the purpose of myaccount_settings.php in the most recent version.
Edit: Also haven’t been able to find an older version to restore from backups. Will be going back to do that as soon as I have a chance.
