Update error

When I try to update to 5.0.3, following error occurs

Could not copy file.: wordpress/wp-includes/js/codemirror/codemirror.min.js

Installation Failed

I tried deactivating all the plugins but it won’t proceed.

Before deactivating plugins there was some jshint.js failing to copy error was showing.
