Update error

Skins are not installed automatically on your server due to some restrictions. Go to Skins page and install Skins you like. (Activate one of installed skin as Default)

I got the skin sorted but there is now an issue with the large image not being seen, yet the thumbnails work fine…

Ok, blurry thumbnails because of small dimensions and you should recreate them with larger size.
Some big images won’t load because web optimized images was not created for some galleries.

So, here is what you can do:
1) Update plugin to v5.1.0
2) Update Skins to the latest versions
3) Go to Manage Galleries -> select all galleries -> in Action dropdown choose Create New Thumbnails -> set size at least 300×300 -> Click OK -> wait until all thumbnails will be recreated
4) On Manage Galleries page -> select all galleries -> in Action dropdown choose Create Images Optimized for web -> Click OK -> wait until all images will be recreated
5) If you have many galleries on a few pages, then repeat step 3 & 4 on all pages
6) Clear cache.
