This happened on one of our sites, but not on another (same server).

Looks like an accidental partial release of the premium plugin files in the free version?

    I have the error too

    Me too

Ya, I had to restore v5.2.4 of the plugin from an backup prior to this update.

Weird that it worked fine on another one of our sites though. Has me worried…

Ah, the other site I updated today updated to v5.2.4. Looks like v5.2.5 got pushed out a bit too early?

    Hello,
I think i’m getting the same problem, this is what appears after updating the plugin:

Warning: require_once(WPSEO_PREMIUM_PATHclasses/google/Google_Client.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/43/d506646225/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/api-libs/googleanalytics/class-google-analytics-client.php on line 4

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘WPSEO_PREMIUM_PATHclasses/google/Google_Client.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.4′) in /homepages/43/d506646225/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/api-libs/googleanalytics/class-google-analytics-client.php on line 4

No idea how to fix it… please, help!

    Thank you!

    me too

i cannot enter my site because it.
Any advice on how to erase it from my php?

    Tnx

If you already updated Google Analytics by Yoast, go into FTP and delete the plugin. Then reinstall. We’ve rolled back the faulty release.

It looks like you just have to delete the plugin using ftp and then download it again after they fix the issue.
