Update did not fix the option to turn off campaign

    Approximately a month ago, I submitted a ticket stating that the free plugin does not allow the option to turn off the campaign. Instead, I had to delete the campaign altogether.

    Shortly after, there was an update to supposedly fix that issue. Now, I want to turn off the campaign and there is no option to turn it off. I currently have version 1.2.6 of the plugin.

    Hi rememberhim,

    To turn off the campaign you can:
    – disable the checkbox “Show on every page” and remove all posts/pages where the campaign is set to run
    – change the status of the campaign to “Draft”

    The checkbox “Show on every page” was already disabled.

    I just tried to changing the campaign to “Draft” did not work. I still end up deleting it again.

    Hi,

    I’m very sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. This probably means that some 3rd party software affects the process. So couple of questions:

    – Do you have the latest version of the plugin?
    – Do you have the caching plugin?
    – Do you have any other of our plugins active?

    It definitely had worked for me on the testing environment without caching and with the latest version. So you can try to update and disable other plugins to see which one may be interfering.
