Update delete and insert issue

Hello there,

We are a large affiliate ecommerce company started to trying out your plugin since moving from magento to woocommerce. We import about 3M products from a large number or retailers. Since imports downloads the images, it takes so so long. We are going to buy the premium version but before doing that I need to know if your plugin can
1. Delete the existing product which are not in the new import
2. Update existing products but don’t download images if it is already downloaded
3. Import if new product

We will use your cron feature for our import. Do you have any other suggestion about the speed issue?
