Update deactivated my plugins

The recent update deactivated my normal and Pro plugins. I have emailed support twice about this problem and received no response.
Now, in my plugin list, in the wp dashboard, both the free and pro plugins are titled the same. The system does not let me activate them, no matter which one I try to activate, because it says the pro version needs the free version activated first.
I don’t want to lose all of my work with this plugin, and dont understand why I cant get support through your site as a paying customer.
Please help.
