    The recent update deactivated my normal and Pro plugins. I have emailed support twice about this problem and received no response.

    Now, in my plugin list, in the wp dashboard, both the free and pro plugins are titled the same. The system does not let me activate them, no matter which one I try to activate, because it says the pro version needs the free version activated first.

    I don’t want to lose all of my work with this plugin, and dont understand why I cant get support through your site as a paying customer.

    Please help.

    Hello,

    Please remove both versions and reinstall again, this will fix that deactivation issue.Removing the plugin will not cause you to lose your work. Also for future reference, please check your spam folder for replies from us. From time to time they might end up there.

    Where do I download the pro plugin again? I don’t see anywhere on your website to login to my account. I dont want to use the previous version, which will update and do it all over again.

    @erdembircan When you see that, direct your customer to your site. You cannot support customers here.

    @stepheniryna For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
