Update date automatically

    Hi!

    I love this plugin and I have a question that may not be completely related to the plugin but it would be great if someone could help me find a solution.

    I have a lot of drafts and I always want to publish them with the current date. I use this plugin to easily do it when editing the post (or using quick edit). But now I will only publish my drafts using the iOS WordPress app so I no longer have the Now button to change the draft date to the current date.

    Is there a way to automatically change all drafts date to the current date when they are published? Is it possible to use the code of this plugin to do that? I think that’s the only possible solution because there’s no way to use this plugin in the iOS app.

    Sorry for the delay, for some reason I’m not subscribed to my own plugin’s forum! To answer your question, it is possible, but it’s not really the point of this plugin. Now I could see a really really simple plugin coming out of this discussion, nearly as simple as this one! Something like, Draft Date/Time Now… I’ll look into and see what I can do.
