Update Credential not working

Hello

when i update password for an existing user, it couldn’t able to login with the new updated password. it saying invalid login. But the same time user can able to login with the old password.

I have clear these tables wp_itsec_lockouts, wp_itsec_log, wp_itsec_temp still no solution for this problem. Even i change the password from phpmyadmin still no solution.

I think the password is not not changing. It keeps the old password.

Please help.
