Update creating complex with some plugin

i use the digits premium plugin for login users using the phone number. and also trying to set up bkash online payment method, thanks for your previous reply for completing milestones, today i sit to make a pdf as you instruct. but see this problem on general setting, When I write anything here, it changes to phone number form. when i put “testdemo” and save, i got a blank username box, and the connection failed. https://prnt.sc/127m8ru
