• Hi. I just tried to update the plugin and it crashed.

    Update Failed: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC”-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> 500 Internal Server Error …

Then the plugin disappeared from my plugin list. When I tried to download the plugin again, I got an error message saying “Destination failed: Destination folder already exists.” The folder may exist but I sure can’t access it!

Now what?!!! I’ve had to replace the shortcode everywhere I used it. Any way to get this plugin back?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for reaching out!

Please delete the USM folder from your website’s directory via FTP/cPanel, then try to install the plugin again.

    Does that work?

Too complicated, so went with another app. Besides, I just can’t take the chance of this happening again. It has worked great until now, though, so thank you for that!
