This last Customizr theme update crashed my wordpress site. This is all I get on the front and back ends:

    https://tklist.net

Warning: require_once(/home/tklist5/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/tklist5/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175

FYI: I think it might be an issue with w3 total cache and because I had some of your theme files in w3 total cache JS minify.

    OK thanks for the update

    Update:
    Installing manually solved the problem.

    Hi,
FYI I had the same problem with this recent update.

After the update my site does not display at all and I can’t get into the WP login page. No errors when I refresh my browser, just a blank page.

    Also using Wordfence.

Will try reinstalling manually when I have time and report back. Just so you know it’s not so rare…

ok manual reinstall seems to have done the trick. thanks.

I don’t think it related to any plugin, my dev site was “plugless”, and it happened there.

Yes, it was the w3 total cache JS & CSS minify settings. I disabled the JS & CSS minify and now w3 total cache works fine with the Customizr theme update.

    Hope that helps others.

Ok thanks for this information @foxy1.

This might be a wp.org server issue then.

We’ve had the same type of problem a few monthes ago when a wp.org server had a bad copy of the theme.

I’ll ping this to @otto42 and let you know when it’s fixed.

the problem should be fixed now. The wp.org server copy of the theme was incomplete. (confirmed by @otto42 : thanks ?? )

    ??
Checked on a site I’m working on – Updated OK

    I’m still having the problem.

@runess, try to delete completely the theme and install again

WOW. So glad I’m not the only one that had this issue. Sucked when my entire crashed.

Hi @dwquinn79 @runess is it fixed for you now ?

I received a much similiar message when trying to access my web site this afternoon. https://www.campelplanet.com
From the postings here it sounds as though the best solution is to delete the theme (Customizr) and re-install it. Hostgator is hosting my site. Can I perform this through C-panel? Any suggestions? Would appreciate help. This has gotten me quite rattled.
