hi there, today i tried to update yoast seo plugin. i failed 3 times. after that, i tried to access my site or my sites control panel but i failed. site was down. i had to ftp to my site and rename the worrdpress seo plugin folder, for my site to reappear.

i could manually upload the latest version of the plugin to my site via ftp. but i do not want to lose all my yoast settings. especially my title s and descriptions in every page of my site. they were super optimised to make my site appear in the first page of serp. wouldnt want to lose that. is there any chance i can make sure that settinsg are saved if i ftp new wordpress seo plugin folder to my site?
can sopene point as to were are my settings saved inside the wordpress seo folder?
    thank you very much
