    Hi!
I’m having a strange issue, not sure if it is a known bug or something.
I get the notice of plugins available for update in every admin page. But when I go to the update core page to make the update, it shows af there is no plugins available for update.

After testing with the debug mode of the health site plugin, and after disabling every plugin and reactivating, I found that UA is the one preventing the Update core page to work properly.

Any idea why this could be happening?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @carlosvai ,

Sorry to hear about the issue. Any chance you can confirm your version of Automator? And are you using our Pro version?

We have only heard of this happening from plugins not downloaded from our site, so we would want to confirm too that you have tested with the latest versions downloaded from www.remarpro.com or our website.

Hi! Thanks for your reply @uncannyautomator

It is in fact the pro Version 4.7.0.1

If I deactivate only the pro version, the update page shows the available plugins. After activating AU pro, they dissapear.

Hi @carlosvai , are you able to download and update from the version inside your account on our website? I’m just worried about 4.7.0.1 and whether it’s been modified at all. A System Report (Automator > Status in /wp-admin/) would help, but as it contains information about your website it may be better if you could open a ticket on our website with those details for privacy reasons.

    Oh I see.
Just to clarify, the problem is not with the update of UA itself, the problem is that every other plugin available for update simply won’t show in the update-core.php page until I deactivate UA pro.

Right, we understand, which is why updating from a recent version directly from our website will help us ensure that’s not the problem. And seeing what else is installed would help us rule out another plugin causing it. (While other Pro customers haven’t reported this, we have seen it discussed in forums where users had modified versions of our plugin.)

I see what you mean. I will send a customer ticket instead, so you can see I’m using a genuine version.

What I do suspect, is that there is some kind of incompatibility with updraft plus. Cause sometimes I disable that plugin first and also fixes the issue.
But mostly deactivating UA Pro does it.

Hi @carlosvai , we will tentatively close this pending an update and we’ll look for your ticket.
