Update compatible with WP version 4.3?

My WP was just updated to version 4.3 and then I installed DUO and didn’t see a “settings” link after I activated the plugin so I couldn’t configure it. Or did I miss it somewhere?
In any case, when originally installing the plugin, the caveat “This has not been tested with your version of WordPress” comes up anyway.
