Update cleaned everything off my page

Hi! I have the same problem with the pro-version of Portfolio Gallery. No content, no sidebar, nothing. Only delete the shortcode on the page brings the content back. I′m not amused about this creapy update. My customer and i have now a big problem with a main used plugin. When we can count with a working update?
