  • Hello,

Can you please recheck if the settings are properly configured?
    https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/

Also, please navigate to WooCommerce > settings > tax.

Please provide a screenshot of that settings, as well as your Standard, reduced, and zero rate settings, which will help to take a closer look at the issue.

For screenshots you you can use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Your tax options show that your store calculates tax based on customer’s shipping address: https://snipboard.io/7vbnST.jpg

However, this item seems to be a virtual product which doesn’t require shipping, and therefore, there are no shipping fields on your checkout page.

Can you temporarily change the Calculate tax based on setting to “billing address” to see if tax is calculated correctly?

I have try this not working.

I find out something issues with the Divi theme.

I have used the Divi theme module and created a checkout page, which is why this is not working. when I used default [woocommerce_checkout] this is working fine.

if You have a solution regarding the Divi theme then please help.

I think the ajax loading issue, if you apply the Coupon code(you enter the wrong coupon code to try this it also worked) then the price field load and price GST load correctly.

    Thank you!

    Hi @dgavega

I have used the Divi theme module and created a checkout page, which is why this is not working. when I used default [woocommerce_checkout] this is working fine.

Thank you for the update! Since the issue appears only when the Divi theme is active, I’d suggest reporting this issue to the theme author as fixes can only be made by the them: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved for now. If you have further questions related to the core WooCommerce features, feel free to start a new topic!
