They have a SAAS and self-hosted option called UpdraftCentral.

Ok does this mean that UpdraftCentral can decide what should be updated on which page and what not?

@duerrundsteidle UpdraftCentral just like WordPress updates page displays and controls which plugins, themes or WordPress core you can update. Clicking update from UpdraftCentral will update the same.
