Update causing form validation error. – One solution

    After the update, I got validation errors.

    After reading all the posts, I believe I was able to solve it with the following change:

    in the Mail tab of the plugin contact form,

    the From: box needs to have ONLY <[email protected]> as the email account.

    This necessitates you having an email account setup on your server for “wordpress” user.

    Note to plugin author:
    It appears that when a required field is not filled out that the “validation” error shows. This is confusing and should be replaced by “You need to fill all REQUIRED fields.”

    Apologies in advance if this doesn’t work or I misunderstood things.
