    Hello, I’m not able to reproduce this issue, can you please paste here your debug.log?

    Thanks

    Hello, I’m afraid I rolled back the update without taking the time to activate the debug log but I can confirm I couldn’t access my WordPress admin pages after upgrading from Another Stars Rating 3.1.5 to 3.1.8 on WordPress 6.1.1. I don’t have any other plugin activated.

    Hello @jafi75, can you please enable debug and then update the plugin again?
    I’m not able to reproduce this issue at all

    Hello,
    I tried to activate the debug by setting
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
    in my wp-config.php file.
    But I don’t find any debug.log file in the wp-content directory, I only get a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to access the admin pages after updating the YASR plugin.
    My website is currently running PHP 7.3, would that be the problem?

    Php 7.3 should not be a probl,em, but if you can I should update it to 7.4 or even better to 8.0

    Do you have any error in the server log instead?

    same problem after update 503 error in wp-admin

    please advise we pay for the premium version

    I’ve been able to reproduce the issue downgrading to php 7.2

    I’m not able to work on it right now (I have coronavirus) but, for a fast fix, just upgrade php to version 7.4

    I’ve tested with following version of php

    5.6
    7.0
    7.1
    7.2
    7.3
    7.4
    8.0
    8.1
    8.2

    I’ve been able to reproduce the issue only with version 7.1 and 7.2
    As soon as I will recover from corona I will do further tests.

    Best,
    Dario

    Ok, I’ve found the error and fixed.
    I will release an update later today (3.2.0)

    Thank you for your patience!

    Thanks @dudo 3.2.0 solved it for me
