    Hello,
    I have manually created many categories of products, but when I try to upload the categories product listing with the plugin, the plugin does not recognize my categories and subcategories that I created and it creates new ones. I don’t know what i’m doing wrong. Could you help me?

    Try exporting one product with your desired category selected with that product and re use the category column on importing product for the same category. It may be creating new category as there will be some mismatch in CSV category and existing category.

    Thank you very much for your answer but I already understood that the problem was the accent marks in the categories, cause the extension of the excel that was using (.csv Comma-delimited) doesn’t recognize accent marks.Can you tell me if it’s the only one format that accept the plugin?

    @rbroggero: Different delimiters can be used for CSV but need to mention the delimiter while importing
