    Hey all,

So I’ve been having an issue with my ‘Update Cart’ button when there are items/item changes in/on the cart page. I found plenty of custom code online that I tried inputting using my Snippets plugin but it often won’t work for me… either the syntax of the codes are off so they won’t be activated or the codes are accepted and active but just don’t work.

As an alternative I found some CSS code that hid the ‘Update Cart’ button on the cart page and THEN installed and activated the WOO AJAX Cart plugin (which is supposed to make live updates to the cart when quantities are changed or items are removed). This doesn’t work either though!

This is the only thing that happens when this plugin (WOO AJAX Cart) is active: I make a change to the cart quantity – site screen goes transparent, acting as if it is making a change, then comes out of transparency with NO change/update AND the “Proceed to Checkout” button text changes to “Updating…” but never comes out of it. (Please try this yourselves if you’re up for it to see exactly what I’m talking about)

I am very new to coding – especially PHP. Does anyone have any suggestions of any kind? Suggestions as to why the WOO AJAX Cart plugin isn’t working? Why the ‘Update Cart’ button isn’t working within WooComm? Why some of the code I’ve been adding via Snippets plugin won’t apply? ANYTHINGGGG
