“Update” Button Not Appearing On Products

I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to locate the Update button when you’re updating products on your site.

It could be due to caching. Can you please try to follow the steps below and see if this resolves the issue?

• Clear all transients under WooCommerce > Status > Tools
• Have your host purge the site/server cache
• Clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works

Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

• System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
• Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you for your reply

I have reviewed the System Status Report (SSR) and have identified that there are currently 15 active plugins.

Additionally, the error log indicates that there are multiple errors originating from the Tutor LMS plugin.

Just to confirm, did you deactivate all the plugins and switch to the Store Front theme and still could not find the Update button?

If you cannot do it on the live site then I will recommend creating a staging site and then doing these steps on that site.

Hey there, Thanks a lot for the response. I just tried deleting the TutorLMS plugin (this is an old unused plugin that hasn’t been active for a while). I also tried (temporarily) switching to the storefront theme but the problem still persisted.

Is there anything else I could try?
