Update button doesn’t work + front page cannot be changed

Hi everyone,

I am trying to update the page that is currently our front page. When clicking on the update button it doesn’t work. It doesn’t update the new text. It also not viewable in the preview.
As a work-around I tried changing the home displays to another page. After changing the new page to the front page, in the page overview I will see the new page as the new front page but when going to the website it is still the old page.
I also tried to make a new page and turn that into the front page but again it will show as the front page in the overview but won’t on the website.

I also saw that a colleague of mine, when she clicks the update button, the time at the ‘Publish: date & time’ will change to when she clicked it. But if I click the update button, the date & time won’t change. I do have an administrator account.

I removed the caches from my browser, from WP (using the delete cache at the top and deactivated our WP Super Cache plugin)
I also updated all our plugins.

What can I do to fix this?
