Hi Man, very good plugin use several codes for quite a time, but the latest update broke the shortcodes all over the site, hundreds of pages ((( May you suggest any known conflicts which can cause such disaster? For now if I recreate shortcode manually on some particular page it helps, but to heal hundreds of instances looks like a complete bummer…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gene4god,

Navigate to Dashboard – Shortcodes – Settings – Advanced Settings and add su_ to the Shortcodes prefix field.

Thanks but that is what I had before. Tried to update all settings does not help at all.

Come on, who put here “resolved” tag??? It is far from being resolved. Not even a hint…

Vladimir, I’ve deactivated all my plugins for no effect whatsoever, frontend shows code – [sf_spoiler title=” instead of spoiler and that is the same story with all used shortcodes. Now I got a hint that problem could be in conflict with theme scripts. I checked other site with different theme there updated plugin works OK. Theme with broken shortcodes is ColorMag by ThemeGrill.

For now I’ve settled the issue by restoring the whole backup to before “shortcodes” update. Cause simple rollback of the plugin to the previous version did not helped at all. Would stay for a while on 5.9.0. But anyway thanks for your work.

And yes, not su_ not sf_ doesn’t work anyway.

I too had a similar problem with your latest update. Seems it is resetting any advanced settings upon update.

@gene4god — did you try doing what this person did?

(@hastibe) Yes I did, for no effect, the only thing which works in my case is manual rewriting of the code, but that is bummer. I just restored backup to the time before this update. As I see it on my side there is some conflict with my theme scripts. And I use multisite network and with one site there was su_ prefix on another custom sf_ prefix this setting doesn’t change a thing…

    Hi @gene4god,

version 5.9.1 was broken, I released it with the bug. Of course I didn’t know about it.

Version 5.9.2 should not break your settings again. Could you try to update from 5.9.0 to 5.9.2?

    (@gene4god)

Yes for sure, wait for a while… I’ll give feedback

Vladimir (@gn_themes) Unfortunately it still doesn’t work, as I tried yesterday I disabled all my plugins, cleared all cash, downgraded shortcodes to previous versions, nothing helped. My last suggestion is theme scripts conflicts. On my multisite installation I use native prefix su_ and custom sf_ both are broken. Theme used is – “ColorMag” by ThemeGrill, Another theme like “Customify” works good with your plugin. And of course if I would create fresh code in this configuration it works, it brakes old codes only but my site was created at 2014 and there are tons of your codes used (((. Take hart man, if you need any testing assistance I’m here.
