• The latest update makes it impossible to properly load product info and make any updates. I had to revert back to the previous version.

  • exactly, updated on 29th of October, and boom, nothing works, syncing does nothing, reconnecting does nothing, deactive, activate, then browse by facebook ID when adding a product, and guess what, it shows there, but no photo, and when I go to FB store, doesn’t show, what the hell is that?

    Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m sorry that the plugin hasn’t functioned as expected on your site, and that you had to roll back to the previous version. We’ve released a few updates and bug fixes recently, so since you didn’t include the version number here, I’d like to ensure you tried the latest version, which is currently v2.1.3.
